As described in the principles, my main aim is to provide trustworthy applications, which do only gather the data they need and process it securely. Therefore, none of my applications contain advertising and will never do. Advertising algorithms identify users by special ids and try to collect as much information as possible to provide individualized ads. That's what I do not want.

On the other side, some types of data collection are inevitable, especially when they improve the stability and user experience of an application. My applications contain some types of analytics and crash reporting, in order to provide detailed error reports to the developer. Those individual error reports are necessary, to improve feature implementations and provide accurate and fast bug fixes whenever they are needed.
